Get Fit – Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 6:30–7:30 PM
Build strength, flexibility, and endurance in our dynamic Get Fit program.
Monday – Stretch & Tone: Light athletic stretching blended with Pilates and light resistance training to lengthen, strengthen, and restore.
Wednesday – Yoga Foundations: Explore the fundamentals of yoga, including Hatha and Vinyasa, focusing on balance, breath, and mobility.
Friday – Mixed Get Fit Challenge: A high-energy blend of cardio kickboxing, yoga, stretching, HIIT, calisthenics, and partner drills designed to push your limits.
Throughout the year, we also host special workshops and seminars covering a variety of fitness disciplines—giving you added opportunities to explore new training styles and expand your skills.
Membership Options:
$60 – Choose one class per week for the month.
$80 – Choose any two classes per week for the month.
$100 – Unlimited access to all three classes for the entire month.
Bring a water bottle, wear comfortable workout attire, and feel free to bring a friend. Train hard, move well, and challenge yourself in a supportive, motivating environment.
