We integrate boxing, Muay Thai, Krav Maga, judo, jiu-jitsu, and karate, offering a comprehensive combat sports experience focused on self-defense.

Guided by the legendary Karl Gotch, Billy Robinson and Gotch revolutionized Catch wrestling with their focus on conditioning and technique. Kazushi Sakuraba, a protege of both, carried these methods into his MMA career and famously defeated four members of the legendary Gracie family.
This enduring legacy is upheld by our trusted affiliates, with our instructor serving as a representative coach of Old-School grappling association and an assistant coach of Scientific Wrestling. Their influence continues to shape and refine our self-defense program.
